MY BIOGRAPHY & PURPOSE
Hello, I am attempting to describe myself, in a short biography as this is the purpose of my personal web site. (see above martycaputo.com). I am completely a heterosexual and combination of a Sigma male with some degree of an Alpha male mixed in, a female loving gentleman with a positive attitude and a normal friendly outgoing demeaner and clean humor. A socially skilled, both man and woman people liker, fun loving, cheer full straight speaker and an honest and ethical man. I am 5 foot 11 inches tall, approximately 188 pounds. I would describe myself as a self-made type "A" personality with admiral intentions.
My skills are mostly of a professional businessman and avid reader and knowledge seeker. A total do it now motivated type person. I enjoy most types of physical activities, examples are of walking, hiking, biking, skiing, jogging, boating, tennis, water canoeing and boarding to mention a few activities. I am a handy man type guy love the do it yourself
construction trades of remodeling, fixing things that usually go wrong.
Domestic skills are: a good cook, organized adventure seeker, travel ready and good planner, semi retired man, (not tired though). I have to luxury of ample time to enjoy parts of the planet that may be worth a visit. I enjoy a healthy lifestyle agenda and physical well being. A physical body that has lots of energy and a lot of living to do looking forward. Loves moderate short and occasional international long term travel and of course weekend excursions along with a quiet and calm home life balance.
I reside alone in a moderate single family (4) bedroom home in Irvine, California, approximately 12 miles from one of the most beautiful beaches on the planet, Newport and Laguna Beach California.

I am a licensed real estate broker in the State of California. I maintain an office in Tustin, California. I am the President and Broker of Corporate Properties, Inc. I offer rental properties to the public in the Inland Empire and Orange County, California. The investments held include a residential and commercial real estate portfolio and as a small developer of raw land for projects throughout the region.

I don't pretend to be someone fake or someone not true to myself. I am a long time resident home owner in Orange County, California with stable roots and established business interests. I am an established long time Republican, a Christian man and a citizen born on the East Coast, USA, in the famous state of New Jersey. My heritage is 1/2 Italian from the Naples are of Italy and 1/2 Russian grandparents from the Odessa region, now the Ukraine.
